IIM Mumbai Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates applying for the IIM Mumbai Non-Teaching posts must meet the following educational and experience criteria:
- Junior Program Manager: Post-graduation with 60% marks, preferably in Management. Minimum 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in academic/admin roles.
- Professional Assistant: Master’s in Library & Information Science with 2 years’ experience or Bachelor’s with 3 years in libraries of universities/research institutions.
- Junior Assistant Grade I: Graduation/Post-graduation with 55% marks and 5 years’ secretarial experience in reputed institutions.
- Junior Assistant: Graduation/Post-graduation with 55% marks and 5-8 years of office clerical experience.
- Junior Executive Grade I: Graduation/Post-graduation with 55% marks and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Junior Executive: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and 1 year of relevant experience in admin/accounts/purchase/stores.
