1. Nationality:

- Manager (Grade B): Not more than 40 years
- Assistant Manager (Grade A): Not more than 30 years

3. Educational Qualification:
For both posts:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- OR MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech/CA/CWA/LLB from a recognized institute.
4. Work Experience:
- Manager (Grade B): Minimum 7 years overall experience with at least 2 years in areas like project finance, PPP, legal advisory, risk analysis, etc.
- Assistant Manager (Grade A): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, or advisory roles.
