IHMCL Engineer Selection Process 2025
The selection will be purely based on the GATE 2025 score. However, IHMCL may shortlist candidates for interviews based on score cutoffs. In case of a tie in scores, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher.
IHMCL Salary Structure 2025
Selected candidates will be placed in E-1 Grade (₹40,000–1,40,000) under the IDA pay scale. The total monthly salary including allowances like DA, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance is approximately ₹84,000. The annual CTC is around ₹11 lakhs.
