Educational Qualification (as per post):
- Engineers: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant engineering disciplines with at least 60% marks.
- Finance: CA/CMA membership.
- HR: Full-time MBA/PG Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel with at least 60%.
- HSE: Engineering degree with Industrial Safety Diploma or 4-year degree in Fire & Safety.
Experience Requirements:
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Engineer/Officer: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
