GSTAT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria :
All eligibility, salary and other terms and conditions of the candidate to apply for the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) examination will be governed by the CGST Act and the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (Conditions of Employment and Service). President and Members) Rules, 2023 (hereinafter referred to) as “GSTAT Rules”.
GSTAT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :
Applications for this appointment will be scrutinized on the suitability of the applications for the posts by considering the qualifications and relevant experience of the candidates based on the recommendation of a Search-cum-Selection Committee. Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal communication by the Committee, if deemed necessary and appropriate. The committee will recommend to the government for appointment of a panel of suitable candidates on the basis of overall evaluation and selection of specific candidates from among them.
