Eligibility Criteria for Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
- Junior Supervisor (Canteen) – Candidate must have Passed Graduate in Hotel Management/ Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a recognized institute
Experience – Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in handling industrial canteen or hotel or large food establishment
- Junior Supervisor (Electrical -Safety) – Candidate must have Passed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and one year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by the Board of Technical Education of any State Government.
Experience – minimum 2 years post qualification of relevant work experience in the supervisory capacity in a factory. - Assistant Superintendent (Finance) – Candidate must have Passed Graduate having passed Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR MBA Finance
Experience – minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience in Finance function. - Assistant Superintendent (Commercial) – Candidate must have Passed Graduate/ 03 years Diploma from a recognized university/ Institute WITH a minimum 01-year certification course or a minimum 01-year Diploma in Materials Management/ Commercial/ Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute/ university
Experience – minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience. - Nurse (Male) – Candidate must have Passed B.Sc Nursing or a Minimum 2 years full-time Diploma Course in Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institute/ University.
Experience – minimum 02 years of working experience in a hospital or Government / PSU medical centers.Â
Age Limit
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 33 years according to their posts. SC/ST-38,
OBC(NCL)-36, UR-33
Age Relaxation – Relaxation in age will be granted to Ex-Servicemen/Agniveer and PwBD candidates
as per existing Government guidelines and as amended from time to time

Selection Process for Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024
(i) Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process based on their Written test, Document Verification, and Skill/ Trade test.
(ii) The written test may be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT) or Pen Paper-based Test (PBT) internally/ externally based on the number of shortlisted candidates. Written Test will normally consist of 25% General Aptitude and 75% subject/ trade-related questions
