- Research Investigator: PG in relevant field + 3 years experience + knowledge of SPSS/STATA/R
- Field Investigator: PG in relevant field + 2 years experience
- Data Assistant: Graduate in Statistics/Economics/Maths + 3 years experience
- Office Superintendent: PG with 5 years (or Graduate with 10 years) experience in Admin/Accounts + computer diploma
- LDC: Any degree + 2 years clerical/admin experience + computer course certificate
