Eligibility Criteria for FCRI Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
Research Engineer –
- (a) Candidate must have passed 04 years of Bachelor’s Degree (B. E or B. Tech) in Engineering in the concerned discipline with 65% marks mentioned above and a Master’s Degree (M. E or M. Tech) with 65% marks.
- (b) Candidate must have passed a full-time regular course from a UGC-recognized Indian University / UGC-recognized Indian Deemed University / AICTE-approved course as relevant.
Personnel Officer –
- (i) Candidate must have passed a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university;
- (ii) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department or two years of regular service in posts in the Pay level 9 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department.
Desirable Qualification:-
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law is desirable.
(ii) Candidate should have extensive knowledge of Central Government Rules and Regulations viz., Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules, General Financial Rules, Government of India Reservation Policy Orders, and various Central Civil Service Rules relating to pay, allowances, and conduct.
(iii). He should also be well-versed in labor laws.
Age Limit
Research Engineer – The candidate’s upper age limit should be 35 years as per their post.
Personnel Officer – The candidate’s upper age limit should be 56 years as per their post.
