Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory:
- M.Sc. in Psychology / MA in Psychology / Bachelor’s in Psychology
- Desirable:
- Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling
Experience
- No prior experience is required (Freshers can apply)
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 45 years (as of 31st March 2025)
Remuneration for EdCIL Recruitment 2025
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month
- The contract is initially valid until March 31, 2025, with a possible extension for an additional 10 months (June 2025 – March 2026).
Selection Process
- Screening based on academic qualifications.
- Writing Skills Test & Interview.
- Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory.
