Exam Pattern and Selection Process
The ECIL recruitment process for Trainee Officer (Finance) includes two stages:
- Written Test (Computer Based Test) – carries 85% weightage.
- Personal Interview – carries 15% weightage.
The written exam will be an objective-type multiple-choice test. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for an interview in Hyderabad, and only those who clear document verification will be eligible.
