DVC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

  • Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Power Engineering with 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: 4 years post-qualification, including 3 years in project management/erection of boilers, turbines, etc. in 210 MW+ coal power projects.

2. Deputy Manager (Civil)

  • Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 65% marks.
  • Experience: 4 years including 3 years in civil execution of infrastructure like chimneys, foundations, CHP, AHP, etc.

3. Deputy Manager (Electrical)

  • Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Power Systems, or relevant with 65% marks.
  • Experience: 4 years including site erection/testing of HT/LT equipment, substations, etc.

4. Deputy Manager (C&I)

  • Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation or related disciplines with 65% marks.
  • Experience: 4 years including DCS/PLC operations in thermal/power industries.

5. Deputy Manager (Safety)

  • Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech in relevant branch + Safety diploma from RLI/CLI.
  • Experience: 4 years including 3 years in occupational safety in industrial setups; ISO 45001 knowledge preferred.

6. Deputy Manager (Environment)

  • Education: Graduate in Environment Engineering or PG in Environmental Science/Management with 65% marks.
  • Experience: 4 years including 3 years in managing environmental compliance in power or related industries.
