CSL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 6 ITI Trade Apprentices for its AN Ship Repair Unit (CANSRU) in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

CSL Apprentice Notification 2025 Out
Cochin Shipyard Limited is inviting online applications from eligible ITI certificate holders who are domiciled in Andaman & Nicobar Islands for one-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates selected will receive a monthly stipend of ₹8,000, and the training will be held at CSL’s unit in Sri Vijayapuram, Port Blair.

Educational Qualification
- Pass in 10th Standard (SSLC/Matric)
- Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate) in the relevant trade

- Must be domiciled in Andaman & Nicobar Islands

- As per Clause 4 of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992
Selection Process for CSL Apprentice 2025
The selection will be based on:
- Merit List – Prepared based on the percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification (ITI)
- Age Tie-Breaker – If multiple candidates have the same marks, seniority in age will determine merit
- Certificate Verification – Only shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification
