Educational Qualification:
Faculty:
- A graduate in any field (Science/Commerce/Arts).
- Preferably with a Master’s degree in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
Office Assistant:
- A graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Watchman cum Gardener:
- Must have passed the 7th standard.
- Experience in agriculture or gardening is required.

- Candidates must be between 22 to 40 years old.
Salary:
- Faculty: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus performance incentives and allowances).
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000 – ₹27,500 per month (plus performance incentives and allowances).
- Watchman cum Gardener: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (plus performance incentives and allowances).
