Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Production: Full-time Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Mechanical: Full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- E&I: Full-time Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation Engineering
- Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering with First/Second Class Manager Certificate (under MMR-1961)
- Material Management: Engineering Degree or Full-Time PG Degree/Diploma in Material Management

Post Qualification Experience (Varies by Grade):
- E-6: 16 years (CTC ₹19.67 LPA for private sector)
- E-5: 14 years (CTC ₹17.48 LPA)
- E-4: 12 years (CTC ₹15.30 LPA)
- E-2: 5 years (CTC ₹10.93 LPA)
- E-1: 2 years (CTC ₹8.74 LPA)
Note: M.Sc. candidates in Production must have 1 extra year of experience.
