IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES of CBSE 2024
- Arrive Early: Candidates should reach the exam center at least 2 hours before the exam starts. Biometric authentication might be there, so being on time saves time and prevents missing out on the exam.
- Prohibited Items: Candidates cannot bring instruments, geometry sets, handbags, food or water, electronic devices like mobile phones or calculators, etc. unless there’s an exception.
- Admit Card: Candidates must carry and show their Admit Card when entering the exam hall. The exam center staff will check their identity, and without the Admit Card, candidates won’t be allowed to sit for the exam.
- Assigned Seats: Each candidate will have an assigned seat with a roll number. Changing seats without permission will result in the cancellation of candidature.
- Correct Question Paper: Candidates should ensure they receive the correct question paper as per the post they applied for. If there’s a mistake, they should notify the invigilator immediately.
- Assistance: Candidates can approach the exam superintendent or invigilator for assistance or information during the exam.
- No Cheating: Sharing answers or having similar response patterns with other candidates will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
- No Re-examination: If a candidate misses the exam for any reason, there won’t be a re-examination.
- Exam Cost: Candidates need to bear their expenses for traveling to the exam center. The exam date, center, and shift mentioned in the Admit Card cannot be changed.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring their Admit Card, a passport-size photograph, a valid photo ID (like PAN card or Aadhaar card), a PwBD certificate if applicable, and any other required documents mentioned in the information bulletin.
GENERAL CONDITIONS for CBSE Recruitment 2024
Vacancy Management: The Board can decide to fill, partially fill, or not fill any vacancies due to administrative reasons. They also reserve the right to cancel, restrict, modify, or alter the recruitment process if needed.
Candidate Shortlisting: The Board can shortlist candidates based on their merit, experience, and performance in written and/or skill tests.
Examination Scheme: The Board can change or amend the examination scheme before the examination if necessary.
Service Conditions: Selected candidates will be subject to the prevailing rules of CBSE Service Rules, 1985, and subsequent amendments, including Government of India rules. They may be posted or transferred anywhere in India.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must fulfill the essential requirements and qualifications mentioned in the advertisement. They should ensure they possess the minimum essential qualifications before applying.
Evaluation Process: There’s no provision for re-evaluation or rechecking of answer sheets. The Board can cancel or withdraw any question from the question paper.
Vacancy Flexibility: The number of vacancies mentioned in the recruitment notification is tentative and subject to change as per administrative requirements.

Recruitment Rules: The recruitment process will adhere to the rules notified by CBSE.
