Eligibility Criteria for University of Calcutta Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification –
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) –
- Candidate must have passed M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry Specialization or Master’s Degree Project Work in Theoretical Chemistry) from a UG-recognized University or Government-recognised Institute.
- At least 55% (or equivalent) marks in M. Sc.
- NET (CSIR, UGC, Lectureship)/GATE qualification within the period of validity of joining as a JRF
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 28 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Pay Scale
Fellowship per Month:
As JRF – Rs.31,000 + 24% HRA.
As SRF – Rs.35,000 + 24% HRA.
In case of DST restriction and delivery, an increased amount may be paid
Selection Process For Calcutta University Recruitment 2024
Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process based on their interview. Candidate must bring all original documents for verification. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
