Deputy Manager Posts:
External candidates require B.Tech/B.E. (with 60% aggregate for General, 55% for SC/ST) in specified branches such as Printing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Graduate plus Master’s/Diploma in Management for General Administration.
Must have minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant field/industry.
Internal candidates may apply with specified educational qualifications plus minimum company service (2 or 10 years as applicable).
Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee):
Diploma or ITI in relevant trades such as Printing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering or related trades with minimum marks.
Required minimum 1 or 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant industries (Production/Maintenance).
