Eligibility Criteria for BHEL Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
Senior Engineer –
- Full-time Degree – Candidate must have Passed a BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg. in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.
- Desirable – ME/ M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics.
Deputy Manager –Â
- Full-time Degree – BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science from a recognized University.
- Desirable: ME/ M.Tech in Control Systems or any of the specialized branches of the
essential qualification.
Senior Manager –
- Full-time Degree – Candidate must have Passed a BE/ B.Tech in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.
- Desirable – ME/ M.Tech in Embedded Systems or any of the specialized branches of the essential qualification.

Selection Process for BHEL Recruitment 2024
Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process based on their Personal interview. However, applications received from eligible candidates are more than ten times the number of vacancies, Candidates will be shortlisted to be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:10 Vacancies based on total marks secured in B.E/ B.Tech degrees for all semesters/ years.
