Bank of Baroda Fire Officer Educational Qualification:-

Bank of Baroda Fire Officer Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure:-

Candidates will be selected based on Performance in online tests, psychometric tests, Group Discussions, and/or Interviews. The selection process may involve various tests like online tests, psychometric tests, or others, followed by group discussions and/or interviews for candidates who pass the online test.

Depending on the number of applications received, the Bank might change the shortlisting criteria or the interview process. They could decide to conduct multiple-choice, descriptive, psychometric tests, group discussions, or interviews.

The Bank can consider a candidate’s application for a different position if they meet the eligibility criteria for that position.

If needed, the Bank may merge similar positions into one.

The online examination will consist of four sections: Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge. The Professional Knowledge section will have the most weightage.

Except for the English Language section, all sections will be available in both English and Hindi.

The first three sections are qualifying in nature, meaning their marks won’t count towards the final result. However, the Bank can change or waive the qualifying criteria.

Marks obtained in the Professional Knowledge section will be used for shortlisting candidates and ranking them. There will be a penalty for wrong answers in this section.

The Bank may modify the examination structure, including adding or substituting descriptive tests or case studies, which will be communicated through its website.

The person chosen for the job will need to sign a work agreement.

Candidates must check if they meet the requirements for the job they’re applying for by the cut-off date (February 1, 2024). They should also make sure all the information they provide is accurate.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of further selection process (as applicable):-

At the time of the interview, candidates must submit the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies to prove their eligibility and identity. If these documents are not provided, the candidate may not be allowed to attend the interview. Failure to submit these documents will result in disqualification from the recruitment process:

A printed copy of the valid GD/Interview Call Letter.

A system-generated printout of the online application form.

Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or SSLC/Std. X Certificate with Date of Birth).

Photo Identification Proof.

Semester/Year-wise Mark sheets and certificates for educational qualifications, including the final degree/diploma certificate. Proper documentation from the Board/University declaring the result must be provided.

Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format for SC/ST/OBC/EWS category candidates.

For OBC category candidates, the certificate must include a non-creamy layer clause and be valid as of the interview date.

Ex-servicemen must provide a copy of the Service or Discharge Book, along with pension payment order and proof of rank held.

Candidates eligible for age relaxation under para 3 must produce a certificate from the District Magistrate confirming eligibility for relief under the Rehabilitation Package for 1984 Riot Affected Persons.

Employees of Government/Quasi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) must provide a No Objection Certificate from their employer.

Relevant documents supporting declared work experience, including appointment letter, salary slip, relieving letter, etc.

Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility.

Candidates who fail to produce these eligibility documents will not be allowed to participate in the interview and will be disqualified from further recruitment proceedings. No documents should be sent directly to the Bank before or after the interview.

You have to apply online through the website www.bankofbaroda.co.in. They won’t accept applications through any other method.

You need to have a valid email ID and phone number that you can use until the end of this recruitment process. The bank might send interview call letters to your email. If you don’t have a personal email, make one before applying.
