APPSC Forest Range Officer Qualification Details
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act. or State Act. or Provincial Act. or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission; or any equivalent qualification in the following subjects:-

- Computer Applications / Computer Science
- Engineering (Agriculture / Chemical / Civil / Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
- Environmental Science

APPSC Forest Range Officer Age Limit Details
Minimum 18 years, and Maximum 30 years as of 01.07.2024. Age Relaxation applies to the categories as detailed below:
1. For SC, ST, BCs and EWS Category – 5 Years
2. For Ex-Servicemen and N.C.C. Category – Shall be allowed to deduct from his age 3 years in addition to the length of service rendered by him in the armed forces / NCC.
3. Regular A.P. State Government Employees (Employees of Corporations, Municipalities, etc. are not eligible) – Allowed to deduct from his age the length of regular Service under State Government up to a maximum of five years for the maximum age limit.
4. Retrenched temporary employees in the State Census Department with a minimum service of 6 months – 3 years
APPSC Forest Range Officer Salary Details
The scale of pay of Rs.48,440 to 1,37,220/- per month will be paid as salary to the successfully selected candidates for the post of Forest Range Officer in AP Forest Service.

Selection for the post of Forest Range Officer in the AP Forest Service will be based on a Screening Test and Computer Test.

APPSC Forest Range Officer Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
Applicant must pay Rs.250/- towards the application processing fee and Rs.120/- towards the examination fee. However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of the examination fee of Rs.120/- only.
i) SC, ST, BC & Ex-Servicemen.
ii) Families having household supply white cards issued by the Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh).
