AIIMS INI CET Counselling 2025: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has officially released the seat allocation schedule for the INI CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) Counselling 2025 for the July session. Candidates who qualified the INI CET for admission to postgraduate medical and dental courses including MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years), and MDS can now check the complete process and schedule on the official AIIMS website — aiimsexams.ac.in.
This seat allocation process is applicable for various Institutes of National Importance (INIs) across India such as AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS.
INI CET Counselling is the online seat allocation process through which eligible candidates are allotted postgraduate seats in participating INIs based on their ranks, preferences (choices of institute and course), and seat availability. This includes Mock Round, 1st Round, and 2nd Round of counselling.
Only those candidates who were declared eligible as per Result Notification No. 70/2025 dated May 24, 2025, can participate in the online counselling process.

First Round of Seat Allocation
- Exercising Choices for 1st Round:
From June 18 (Wednesday) to June 20, 2025 (Friday) till 5:00 PM - Result of 1st Round Seat Allocation:
June 25, 2025 (Wednesday) - Online Acceptance of Seat and Reporting:
From June 26 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM to June 30, 2025 (Monday) till 5:00 PM
Second Round of Seat Allocation
- Result of 2nd Round Seat Allocation:
July 10, 2025 (Thursday) - Online Acceptance and Reporting:
From July 11 (Friday) at 11:00 AM to July 16, 2025 (Wednesday) till 5:00 PM

How to Participate in INI CET Online Seat Allocation?
Here is a step-by-step process for eligible candidates to take part in the online counselling:
Login to the PG Online Seat Allocation Portal
- Eligible candidates will receive an email with a login link and credentials (ID and password).
- The portal link will also be available in the ‘MyPage’ section on the AIIMS website.
- In case of forgotten credentials, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset.
Make and Lock Your Choices
- After logging in, click on “Make Choice” to select your preferred institute and speciality.
- Use the drop-down menus to add courses and institutes to your list.
- Reorder choices using drag and drop or arrow buttons.
- Click “Save” after adding or reordering.
- When ready, click “Submit and Lock”, tick the declaration, and confirm.
Note: Once choices are submitted and locked, they cannot be changed for the next round.
View and Print Submitted Choices
- After locking your choices, click on “View Choices” and take a printout for future reference.
