Eligibility Criteria for AIIAÂ Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
HR Executive –
- Candidate must have Passed a Graduates with excellent communication skills.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or Hospital or any other relevant industry.
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 40 years according to their posts.
Patient care Manager cum Admin Executive –
- Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with Full time Post Graduate degree in Hospital or health care from a recognized University.
Experience: At least one-year experience in a Hospital after acquisition of the aforementioned qualifications
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 40 years according to their posts.
HR Consultant (Personnel Deptt) –
- Candidate must have Passed a MBA in HR (Regular) from premier Tier 1 Institute.
Experience: 15-20 years of total work experience in HR with at least 5-8 years as head of HR
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 50 years according to their posts.
Assistant course coordinator –Â
- Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with Post Graduate degree / Diploma in Hospital and/or health care management from a recognized University.
Experience: At least one-year experience in a Hospital after acquisition of the aforementioned qualifications.
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 40 years according to their posts.
Medical Officer –
- Candidate must have Passed a MD/ MS (Ayurveda) Clinical Experience.
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 45 years according to their posts.
Panchakarma Attendants (Male/Female) –
- Candidate must have Passed a 10th passed from any government recognized board.
Experience: Panchakarma Attendant Certificate (06 months) with one year experience as Panchakarma Attendant in a reputed hospital.
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 30 years according to their posts.
Staff Nurse –Â
- Candidate must have Passed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Nursing / Regular Course in B.Sc. Nursing (4 year) / B.Sc. Nursing Ayurveda (4-year course) from a recognized Institute or University.
Experience: Three Years’ experience in minimum 100 bedded reputed Ayurveda hospitals after acquiring educational qualification mentioned
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 35 years according to their posts.
Ward Attendant –Â
- Candidate must have Passed a 12th passed from recognised Board with one-year experience in a reputed Hospital.
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 30 years according to their posts.
