Education Qualification –

Duty Manager –

• Candidate must have Passed a Graduate from a recognized university with 16 years experience.

Jr. Officer – Technical – 

• Candidate must have Passed a Full-time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
• Must be in possession of LMV.

Customer Service Executive – 

• Candidate must have Passed a Graduate from a recognized university.
• Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

Jr. Customer Service Executive – 

• Candidate must have Passed 10+2 from a recognized board
• Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

Ramp Service Executive –

• Candidate must have Passed a 3–year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production / Electronics/ Automobile recognized by the State Government.
• Candidate must carry original valid heavy motor Commercial Vehicles (HMV) test

Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver –

• Candidate must have Passed an SSC /10th Standard Pass.
• Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.

Handyman/ Handywoman –

• Candidate must have Passed an SSC/ 10th Standard Pass.
• Must be able to read and understand English Language.

(i) The trade test consists of a trade knowledge and driving test including HMV’s driving test. Those who clear the trade test alone will be sent for interview
