Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / Human Resources / IR or BBA or equivalent specialization
OR - MBBS Degree
Experience
- For Graduate candidates: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Administration & Establishment work with 2 years in Officer level or above (E-1 level in PSU / equivalent in Private Sector).
- For MBBS candidates: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 45 years as on the date of notification release.
AIAHL Officer Selection Process 2025
The selection process includes:
Personal Interview: Candidates found eligible will be called for an interview. Final selection will be subject to passing the Pre-employment Medical Examination (cost to be borne by the candidate).
