Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience
Assistant (W6):
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
- 10 years’ experience in office administration, liaison, public hearings, land acquisition, surveys, public relations, etc., preferably in Dibang Valley.
Workmen Trainee (Cook) (W3):
- NCVT-recognized cooking certificate OR recognized catering certificate + 1 year experience OR literate with 8 years’ experience in reputed hotel/hospital catering.
SJVN Selection Process 2025
The recruitment will follow a two-stage process: a written test to assess knowledge and skills, followed by a trade test for practical evaluation. Candidates must meet the qualifying marks in both stages to be considered for appointment.
1. Written Test
- Format: Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 100 MCQs (80 questions from the relevant subject + 20 from reasoning, aptitude, English, GK).
- Duration: 2 hours
- Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS – 50%; ST/PwBD – 40% (where reserved).
- Marking: 1 mark per question, no negative marking.
2. Trade Test
- Qualifying in nature; no weightage in final merit.
- Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS – 50%; ST/PwBD – 40% (where reserved).
3. Final Merit
