SIDBI Grade A and B Selection Process 2025
The SIDBI Grade A & B recruitment follows a three-stage process.
- Phase I Online Test – Objective questions on English, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and banking.
- Phase II Examination – A mix of descriptive and objective papers, different for each post/stream.
- Interview & Psychometric Assessment – Candidates who clear Phase II will be called for a personal interview and a psychometric test to assess suitability for SIDBI’s work culture.
Only those who score the minimum cut-off in each test and overall will move to the next round. The final merit list will be based on Phase II scores plus interview marks.
Next Stage After Phase I SIDBI Grade A annd B Result
