Guidelines to be Followed on RRB Group D Exam Day

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination experience, candidates must adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Mandatory Documents: Carry a printed copy of your RRB Group D e-Admit Card and a valid original photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.) to the exam centre. Entry is prohibited without these documents.
  2. Punctuality is Key: Arrive at the exam venue well before the reporting time specified on your admit card. This allows sufficient time for security checks, biometric verification, and the seating process.
  3. Strictly Prohibited Items: Electronic devices of any kind, including mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, calculators, and pen drives, are banned inside the exam hall. Other personal items like wallets, purses, belts, pens, pencils, and metallic ornaments are also not allowed.
  4. No Personal Stationery: Candidates are not required to carry pens or pencils as these will be provided at the test centre, along with rough sheets for calculations.
  5. Pre-Visit the Centre: It is highly recommended to locate your exam centre a day before the exam to avoid any confusion or delay on the actual day.
  6. Biometric Verification: Be prepared for biometric details (fingerprint, photo) to be captured and for your attendance and signature to be recorded during the exam process. No extra time will be provided for this.
