Oil India Limited Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Geology or Applied Geology.
Age Limit
Candidates should not be older than 65 years on the application deadline.
Experience Required
- Minimum 25 years of experience in the mining field.
- Candidates must have retired from a government mining organization with a pay scale of at least Rs. 1,82,200 to Rs. 2,24,100.
- Preference will be given to those with at least one year of experience in Critical Mineral Assessment, especially if they have worked with the Geological Survey of India.
Key Skills Needed
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Experience in planning exploration projects for critical minerals.
- Ability to prepare prospecting and exploration plans using geophysical, geochemical, and geological methods.
- Skills in estimating and evaluating mineral resources.
- Experience in exploring minerals like lithium, cobalt, graphite, nickel, copper, and potash.
Contract Duration
- The contract will be for 2 years.
Honorarium
- Payment will be based on experience level:
- Director: Rs. 10,000 per day
- CGM/GGM/Professor: Rs. 9,000 per day
- GM/Associate Professor: Rs. 9,000 per day
- DGM/Assistant Professor: Rs. 8,000 per day.
Travel and Expenses
- The company will cover travel, local conveyance, and lodging as per standard company policies. No expenses for residential office or communication will be provided.
