Madras High Court Research Law Assistant Eligibility 2025
Candidates must strictly fulfill the following criteria. Failure to meet any condition will lead to disqualification.
1. Age Limit
- Must NOT have attained 30 years of age as on 1st January or 1st July preceding the last date (15.12.2025).
2. Educational Qualification
- Must be a Graduate in Law from a recognized University under patterns like 10+2+3+3, 10+2+5, etc.
- The Degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as an Advocate.
- Must have passed all examinations within the stipulated duration of the course.
- The Law Degree should not have been obtained earlier than five years from the date of notification (01.12.2025). (i.e., degree year should be 2020 or later).
- Candidates pursuing any other degree/program requiring compulsory attendance elsewhere are NOT eligible.
