Steps to Apply for IICA PGIP 2026

Eligibility Criteria for PGIP 2026

Candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:

Educational Qualification: Must be a:

  • Chartered Accountant,
  • Advocate,
  • Cost Accountant,
  • Company Secretary,
  • B.E./B.Tech Graduate, OR
  • Post Graduate with major subjects in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management, or Insolvency.

Marks Requirement: Must have secured an aggregate of at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree.

Age Limit: Should not be more than 28 years as on the last date of registration.

Selection Process for PGIP 2026

Eligible candidates will have to clear a two-stage selection process:

  1. Written Examination
  2. Group Discussion and Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination. Selected candidates will be invited for the Group Discussion and Interview, which will be held under the oversight of subject experts and faculty members.

What After PGIP Application Submission?

After the successful submission of the application, IICA will conduct the written examination. Admit cards for the written test will be released on the official website for all registered candidates. Following the written exam, shortlisted candidates will be notified about the schedule for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview round.

The final merit list of selected candidates will be published on the official website www.lica.nic.in. Selected candidates must then complete the fee payment and document verification process to secure their admission for the July 2026 session.
