HAL Kanpur Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Kanpur has released the official notification for Apprenticeship Training 2025-26 for Engineering Graduates, Diploma holders, General Graduates & MOM & SP trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Transport Aircraft Division, Kanpur has invited offline applications from eligible Degree, Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA and MOM & SP holders for undergoing apprenticeship training for the year 2025-26. The training will be offered under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and selection will be based purely on merit.

HAL Kanpur Apprentice Eligibility 2025

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentices: 4-year B.E./B.Tech or 3-year General Degree in relevant fields.
• Diploma Apprentices: 2 or 3-year Diploma in concerned disciplines.
• MOM & SP: 2-year Diploma.
• Candidates must have passed in the year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• “Appearing”/”Result Awaited”/Supplementary candidates are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on 31/07/2025):

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 27 years
• Relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL), 10 years (PWD)

HAL Kanpur Selection Process 2025

The selection of candidates for apprenticeship training will be strictly on a merit basis.

• 100% weightage will be given to the aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma/MOM & SP).
• No written exam or interview will be conducted.
