- Executive Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Must have at least 15 years of experience in building construction-related work, out of which a minimum of 07 years must be equivalent to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer.
- Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Must have at least 05 years of experience in building construction-related work.
