Bengal Engineer Group AGNIVEER Rally 2025 Selection Process
The selection criteria for the BEG AGNIVEER Rally 2025 include multiple stages of the recruitment process:
- Stage 1- Rally Screening: Document verification and physical fitness test at the rally ground.
- Stage 2- Medical Examination: Detailed medical check-up of candidates shortlisted from the rally.
- Stage 3- Adaptability Test: Will be conducted as per the date and venue intimated later.
- Stage 4- Common Entrance Examination (CEE): The CEE date will be announced at the rally site.
Salary & Service Details
Selected candidates will be enrolled as Agniveers for a period of four years under the Agnipath Scheme.
- Service Duration: 04 Years (including training period).
- Salary: As per the Agniveer Scheme package (Approx. INR 4.76 Lakhs in the first year to INR 6.92 Lakhs in the fourth year).
- Seva Nidhi Package: Upon completion of 4 years, Agniveers will receive a one-time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package of approx. INR 11.71 Lakhs, which is exempt from Income Tax.
- Pension/Gratuity: Agniveers will not be eligible for any kind of Pension or Gratuity.
