The selection process for BOB Office Assistant (Peon) will consist of two main stages:
- Online Written Examination

- Cut-Off: Candidates must score minimum marks in each section and also meet the overall cutoff (as decided by the Bank) to qualify for the next round.
- Negative Marking: There will be 0.25 marks penalty for each incorrect answer.
- Merit List: Final merit will be drawn state-wise and category-wise based on marks scored in the Online Test. In case of tie in scores, age (older candidates) will be considered.
