Educational Qualification:
For all trades (except Welder, Examiner, OMHE, Chemical Process Worker):
Matriculation or equivalent, plus NCTVT certificate (NAC/NTC) in relevant trade, or ITI/equivalent diploma.
For Welder:
8th/10th class + NCTVT certificate in Welder trade or ITI/equivalent.
Examiner:
Matriculation/equivalent + NCTVT certificate in Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Grinder or ITI/equivalent.
Chemical Process Worker:
Matriculation/equivalent + NCTVT certificate in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) or ITI/equivalent.
OMHE:
Matriculation/equivalent + NCTVT certificate in Crane Operations, Heavy Vehicle License, knowledge in cranes/forklifts/excavators.
Note: Engineering degree/diploma is not accepted as basic qualification.
Job Specification
Each trade has specific job responsibilities, including CNC operation for Turner/Machinist, soldering for Fitter (Electronics), precision grinding for Grinder, inspection for Examiner, machine/equipment maintenance for Millwright/Electrician etc.

Selection Process for AWEIL Tradesman Recruitment 2025
