AAI NER Non Executive Salary / Stipend 2025
Selected candidates will be placed in the following IDA Pay Scales:
- Senior Assistant (Electronics) (NE-6 Level): Rs. 36,000 – 3% – 1,10,000.
- Junior Assistant (HR) & Junior Assistant (Fire Services) (NE-4 Level): Rs. 31,000 – 3% – 92,000.
In addition to the Basic Pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Scheme, Medical Benefits, and other benefits as per AAI Rules & Regulations.
Training Stipend (Senior Assistant – Electronics): Candidates appointed as Senior Assistant (Electronics) will undergo a 12-week Ab-Initio Training and 4 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT), during which they will receive a stipend of Rs. 25,000/- p.m
