SSPL Delhi Internship 2025: If you’re a student of science or engineering eager to dive into advanced research in semiconductors, quantum technologies, or laser optics, the Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) in Delhi is offering a valuable opportunity through its 6-month Paid Internship Programme 2025.
Operated under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, SSPL is inviting applications from B.Tech, M.Tech, and M.Sc. students in relevant disciplines to contribute to national-level research projects.

Who Can Apply for SSPL Delhi Internship 2025?
SSPL welcomes applications from students currently pursuing B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc./M.Tech. in relevant disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Quantum Technology, Laser Optics, or Semiconductor Devices.
The program is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in recognized universities or institutions in India.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through an interview process, and only those who meet the eligibility criteria will be contacted via email for interview scheduling. It’s important to note that mere submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
Final selection is strictly merit-based and subject to performance during the interview.

How to Apply for SSPL Delhi Internship 2025
Interested students must submit their applications through their respective institutes. The application form (in .docx format) must be downloaded, filled in, and emailed to hrd.sspl@gov.in no later than 10th July 2025.
Scanned documents such as mark sheets, CV, recommendation letter, Aadhaar, college ID, and character certificate should be attached in the email. Applications submitted in PDF or scanned format will not be accepted. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without further communication.
