Eligibility Criteria
1. Administrative Officer
- Essential Qualification:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
Good academic record and knowledge of administrative functions.
5% relaxation in marks for PwD candidates.
- Desirable:
Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles in Group B posts in a government department or educational institution.
LL.B., MBA, CA/ICWA, MCA, M.Phil, or Ph.D.
2. Professional Assistant (Library)
- Essential Qualification:
M.Lib.Sc./M.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks

Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 50% marks and B.Lib.Sc./B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks.
Computer Science paper at Graduate/PG level or a 6-month computer course from a recognized institution.
3. Assistant
- Essential Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.
Diploma/Certificate of at least 6 months in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts.
OR
Graduate Degree in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
4. Junior Assistant
- Essential Qualification:
Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) with at least 50% marks or a Graduate Degree.
Diploma/Certificate of at least 6 months in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts.
Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi through computers.
5. Library Attendant
- Essential Qualification:
10th pass from any State Board or recognized institution.
Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science.
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of computers.

- Age relaxation will be applicable as per the guidelines of the University of Delhi/UGC.
