Educational Qualification:- (1) Electrician : Under 10+2 education system with Science and Mathematics subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks. 10th class pass or equivalent class and ITI Trade in the respective field.
(2) Mechanic (Diesel) : 10th class or equivalent pass with at least 50% marks in aggregate under the 10+2 education system and ITI Trade in the respective field.
(3) Machinist : Passed 10th or equivalent class with at least 50% aggregate marks in Science and Mathematics subjects under the 10+2 education system and ITI Trade in the respective field.
(4) Fitter : Under 10+2 education system with Science and Mathematics subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks. 10th class pass or equivalent class and ITI Trade in the respective field.
(5) Welder (G&E) : Passed 8th class and ITI Trade in the respective field.
Age:- (i) Electrician, Mechanic (Diesel), Machinist & Fitter – 15 to 24 years.
(ii) Welder (G&E) – 15 to 22 years.
Pay Scale:- (a) During the 1st year of training:- Rs.7000/- per month
(b) During the 2nd year of training:- Rs.7700/- per month
(c) During the 3rd year of training:- Rs.8050/- per month
Fee:- i) All Candidates: Rs. 100/-
ii) SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates: Nil
