NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Post Name: Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) – Operator

Education: Must have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or ISC with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and scored at least 50% marks. Must also have English at SSC level.

Age Limit: 18 to 24 years.

Post Name: Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) – Maintainer

Education: Must have completed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with at least 50% marks in Science and Mathematics, plus a 2-year ITI certificate in a relevant trade. Must also have English at SSC level.

Age Limit: 18 to 24 years.

Pay Scale:

For Operators

  • 1st Year: â‚ą20,000 per month
  • 2nd Year: â‚ą22,000 per month
  • Book Allowance: â‚ą3,000 (one-time grant).

For Maintainers

  • After training: Appointed as Technician/B (Group-C) in Level 3 with a pay of â‚ą21,700, with possible additional increments based on performance.
