Age limit : Candidates should not exceed 56 years of age to apply for this recruitment and should have four years of remaining service till the last date of receipt of application form.

Ministry Of Defense Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates to apply in this recruitment Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory/Autonomous bodies officers having pensionary benefits or Army, Navy and Air Force Judge Advocate General Branch and other similar institutions: Cadre holding similar posts regularly in parentage or five years regular service in the parent cadre or department at Level-12 of the department or pay matrix, and Degree in Law from a recognized University Divisional officers in the feeder grade who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be considered for appointment on deputation Similarly, a deputations in the Armed Forces Tribunal shall not be considered for appointment by promotion and the period of deputation including the period of deputation to another ex-cadre post held immediately prior to this appointment in the same or any other organization or department of the Central Government shall normally not exceed four years. The upper age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years and four years shall remain on the last date of receipt of applications.
