JRHMS CHO Recruitment 2024 – Detailed Discussion
Essential Educational Qualification – Candidates have to complete their B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with CPCH to apply for the Posts.
Age Limit – Applicants’ Age should be less than 35 Years to be capable of Applying for the Posts. Age Relaxation will be applicable as per the Guidelines of the Indian Government.

Pay Scale – Candidates after getting selected for the Position of Community Health Officer will be able to receive Rs. 25,000/- Per Month.

General Guidelines for the Candidates :
1. Your contract for the job will initially last for one year. If you do well and if there’s still a need, it might get extended. But don’t expect to become a permanent employee afterward.
2. The organization can decide to cancel any job positions at any point during the hiring process. The number of available positions might change depending on what they need.
3. You’ll sign a one-year agreement, but either party can end it with a month’s notice.
4. If you’re selected, you’ll be known as CHO and will earn a fixed salary of Rs. 25,000 per month. You can also get up to Rs. 15,000 more per month based on your performance.
5. The rules about reservations for certain groups, like SC, ST, BC, and EWS, will apply as set by the government of Jharkhand.
6. If you’re found ineligible or provide false information during the selection process, your application will be canceled. The organization’s decision in such matters is final.
7. Physically disabled candidates get a 5-year age relaxation.
8. If you’re from Jharkhand and claiming a reservation, you need to submit the required certificates.
9. Special rules apply to physically disabled candidates and those applying through sports quota, as per government guidelines.
10. Selection will be based on merit, depending on your scores in your final B.Sc and Post Basic B.Sc exams.
11. Your age will be based on the date of birth mentioned in your matriculation certificate. No other document will be accepted for this.

13. You must have registration with the Jharkhand Nursing Council when joining. If you don’t provide this certificate, you won’t be eligible.
