ISRO HSFC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process consists of different modes depending on the post. For Medical Officers, candidates will be screened after an interview. Scientist engineers will be selected through a combination of a written test and an interview, while technical assistants and other technical roles will be evaluated through a written test and an aptitude test.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews or skill tests based on their performance in written tests, generally following a 1:5 ratio with a minimum of 10 candidates per category. Final selections will be based on the combined score of the written test and interview or aptitude test, with specific criteria for tie-breaking in case of equal scores.
