Conflict of Interest: Candidates cannot engage in activities adverse to the office’s interests or take up other assignments during the contract period.
Termination: The office can terminate the engagement with 7 days’ notice. Candidates wishing to leave must also give 7 days’ notice, subject to workload.
Liability: The office is not liable for any loss or injury during the candidate’s work, including travel.
Qualifications: Meeting educational requirements doesn’t guarantee further recruitment.
IIP Rights: IIP reserves the right to fill or discontinue the post. No correspondence will be entertained for interview outcomes or reasons for non-selection.
Interview Notification: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email for the interview.
Selection Decision: IIP has the final say in selecting or discontinuing candidates, with no further communication after the decision.
