The monthly consolidated payout varies based on post-qualification experience:

1. More than Two Years of Experience:
   • First Year: Rs. 50,000/-
   • Second Year: Rs. 55,000/-
   • Third Year: Rs. 60,000/-
2. More than One to Two Years of Experience:
   • First Year: Rs. 45,000/-
   • Second Year: Rs. 50,000/-
   • Third Year: Rs. 55,000/-
3. Up to One Year of Experience (Exceptional Cases):
   • First Year: Rs. 40,000/-
   • Second Year: Rs. 45,000/-
   • Third Year: Rs. 50,000/-

ICSI Recruitment 2024 Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Candidates must be members of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with post-qualification experience of one to two years or more than two years. Candidates with up to one year of experience will be considered only if no candidates with more experience are available. Note: Training experience as part of the CS course is not counted.
