Essential Educational Qualification – Candidates have to complete their 10+2 Standard (Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the Subjects) from any Recognized Institution to apply for the Posts.

Documents Required for Application:
Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate: A scanned copy showing your date of birth and other relevant details.
SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM Certificate: If applicable, provide a scanned copy of this certificate along with certificates for family members of ESM and children/grandchildren of Freedom Fighters.
Certificate for Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience: Include a scanned copy if you’re claiming any weightage or marks under socio-economic criteria and experience.
Photograph and Signatures: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signatures.
Higher Qualification Documents: If applicable, provide scanned copies of all documents showing higher qualifications and experience.
Haryana Bonafide Resident Certificate: Only if applicable.
Equivalence Certificate: If applicable, provide a scanned copy.
EWS Certificate: Valid for 2023-2024 as per Annexure-III.
BC-A/BC-B Category Certificate: Also valid for 2023-2024.
Experience Certificate: Issued by the competent authority. Refer to Annexure-I for details.
Declaration Certificate: Must be handwritten by the candidate in Hindi and English as per Annexure-VIII.
Discharge Certificate/Book: For Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
Eligibility Certificates: For family members and dependents of ESM and Freedom Fighters.
Disability Certificate: For Dependents of Disabled ESM.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates must meet the standards prescribed in Appendix-B of Haryana Police (Non-Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules, 2017.
Physical Screening Test (PST): Candidates who pass the PMT will undergo the PST to assess physical fitness and endurance. The qualifying times for the race are specified for males, females, and Ex-Servicemen.
Knowledge Test: Candidates who qualify the PMT and PST will appear for a knowledge test with questions covering various subjects. The test will carry a weightage of 94.5%.
Additional Weightage: NCC certificate holders and candidates eligible for socio-economic criteria weightage will receive additional marks.
Syllabus for Knowledge Test: The test will cover General Studies, General Science, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Aptitude, Numerical Ability, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and other relevant fields. There will also be questions related to basic computer knowledge and knowledge about Haryana.
Pattern of Examination: The exam will be offline (OMR-based) with no negative marking. Candidates must fill one option out of five for each question, with extra time provided for marking the fifth option if needed.
