Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Essential Qualification:
Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. - Additional Qualification (Desirable): Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Law is an added advantage.
Minimum Experience Required
- Senior Manager: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification work experience, with at least 6 years in a listed company.
- Chief Manager: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience, with at least 9 years in a listed company.
