The selected candidate for the Fixed Term Project Associate position will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000. In addition to the salary, the role comes with several benefits, including accident insurance and medical insurance. While HPCL does not provide transportation for commuting, a shared bus facility is available on a pay-and-use basis.
Breakfast and lunch facilities are provided at the office, with a nominal monthly deduction for these services. The insurance premiums will also be deducted from the stipend. For any work-related travel, expenses will be reimbursed separately as per the company’s entitlements.

Age Limit
Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age to be eligible for this position.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a BSc, MSc, Diploma, or PG Diploma. For those belonging to General, OBC-NC, and EWS categories, a minimum of 60% marks in their respective degrees is required. SC/ST/PWD candidates are eligible with a minimum of 50% marks.
Tenure and Extension:
The engagement for this role is initially for one year. Based on project requirements and the candidate’s performance, it may be extended for additional one-year periods, up to a total of three years.
