- Minimum Age: 18 years

Gurugram District Court Selection Process 2026
The selection process differs for each post:
For Stenographer Grade-III:
- Qualifying English Shorthand Test at 80 w.p.m.
- Transcription on computer at 20 w.p.m.
- Qualifying Computer Proficiency Test (Word Processing & Spreadsheet).
For Clerk:
- Written Examination (English Composition + General Knowledge, 50 marks each).
- Minimum 40% aggregate (33% in each subject) required to qualify.
- Qualifying Computer Typing Test in English at 30 w.p.m.
- Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying only).
Computer tests are qualifying in nature and marks will not be counted for final merit.

Selected candidates will be appointed on an ad-hoc basis for six months or till regular appointments are made. They will receive a consolidated pay of ₹25,500 per month. Allowances and other benefits will be as per the rules of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment.
