GRSE Selection Process 2025
The selection process is primarily merit-based for apprentice positions, while HR Trainees have an additional interview stage.
- For HR Trainees: Shortlisting will be based on marks in the essential PG qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and an interview. The final selection will be based only on the interview performance.
- For All Apprentices: Selection will be based on the merit of marks in the qualifying examination (AITT marks for Ex-ITI, Class 10th marks for Freshers, Degree/Diploma marks for Graduate/Technician Apprentices).
- A common merit list will be prepared trade/discipline-wise. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given preference.
